Ginny’s team concept philosophy is: “As busy as you are with your move, wouldn’t it be nice to leave the details to professionals who know what to do, when to do it, and how to do it well?” My team runs the office and we’ve learned to think alike, which is important when I’m not available to handle a situation. Our office motto is, “The answer is Yes …now what’s your question?” Ginny does all her listing and selling herself with her team members in place to follow through after the listings and sales. 

A great team can make a real estate agent shine, and Ginny is fortunate to have one of the best. Together they make the real estate transaction run as smoothly as possible and provide the thing that makes success – unparalleled servicing of your listing or buying transaction. 

Nancy Spencer, a licensed agent for eighteen years, has been Ginny’s right arm for over 12 years. Although she can handle all aspects of the real estate transaction, her meticulous attention to detail provides the perfect background for her responsibility of seeing the transaction through from contract to closing, following up with all parties, be they buyer, seller, lender or cooperating agent, to make sure everyone is doing their part in a timely manner. 

Gina Wallin, who was licensed five years ago, has been with Ginny for five years and is responsible for the listing side of the transaction, including servicing listings, obtaining feedback from showings and advertising responsibilities. She is Ginny’s left arm and is a computer and technology wiz, helping Ginny keep current and even ahead of the curve with internet and web marketing opportunities. 

Ginny also uses the services of several buyer’s agents in her top producing office at RE/MAX Around Atlanta in Duluth.
